Bookable for 10–25 participants (depending on the number of participants, not all seating layouts may be possible).
- Meeting room appropriate to the number of participants — Munich I or Munich II
- Desired seating arrangement
- Indirect daylight or daylight
- 2 flipcharts, 2 pinboards, 1 projector
- Notepads and pens
- Wi-Fi
- Room rental for 6 hours included (each additional started hour will be charged at €25.00)
- Mineral water included, additional beverages will be charged based on consumption
- 1 morning coffee break with savory snacks
- 1 afternoon coffee break with sweet snacks
- 3-course lunch with a choice of 3 main dishes (fish, meat, vegetarian) — additional beverages charged based on consumption
- Personal support before and during your event
- Parking at a special rate of €10.00
- When booking rooms directly in combination with the conference, you receive €10.00 discount per room and night off the regular room price.
